Play then SILENT for Measures

Bounce Metronome Feature:
Pro and Basic version

Youtube Video

Plays for two measures then silent for two measures - this is for 4/4 with eighth note (quaver) subdivisions.

What is it?

A feature of some metronomes. Lets you set it to go silent for a few measures at a time and then start to play again

What does it do?

You can set Bounce Metronome to go silent for several measures at a time e.g. alternately play for two measures then silent for two. You can set it to go silent independently at different times for any of the parts in the rhythm, also set it to hide the bouncing balls independently from the sounds.

This is great for helping to develop your own inner sense of a steady tempo. Makes sure you can continue to keep good time without a metronome or click track to help you.

Features

You can enter more than two numbers e.g. 1, 3, 2, 4 to play for 1 measure, silent for 3, play for 2, silent for 4...

Repeats your sequence of measures endlessly for as long as you let the metronome play.

You can also choose if you want to see the bouncing ball when its silent.

You can also set it to hide at selected measures independently of the sound.

You can also set it to go silent independently at different times for any of the parts in the rhythm like this:

Part 1, 4, 2, 1, 6, 1, 3,
Part 2, 3, 1, 4, 7, 4, 3,
Part 3, 5, 2, 3, 11, 5, 1,

If you enter those as the numbers to go silent or play for then it plays the metronome for e.g. the first 4 measures in part 1, first 3 in part 2 and first 5 in part 3.

When different parts have different measure sizes, as in a polymeter, then you can set it to take account of those as well.
