How soon can I expect a reply to an e-mail?

Usually I can reply within a few days, and I will reply as soon as I can.

When you purchase the software the process is automated so that you can get your unlock key immediately as soon as you complete the checkout.

So for questions about the order process - usually my agents can answer for me if I'm off-line. They are the ones who process the order for you. They should be able to answer questions about the payment itself - the order process, methods of payment and so on.

For any other questions, including the discounts, second test drives, and questions about the software, download or install, then you need to send an e-mail to me personally.

Occasionally I may be off-line for a few days and it's possible that I could be off-line for longer than that. I'll respond as soon as I can.
