Please note, that I do read your e-mails and will reply and will do my best to resolve any issues. Also, I offer the same level of support for all those interested in my programs. That includes those who are interested in buying the programs, and those who are running the free test drive - as well as those who have already purchased them, or any who are only interested in any freeware features or technical details, and have no intention of purchasing anything. How soon can I expect a reply to an e-mail?

For those of you who purchase the software from my agents FastSpring or RegNow, the process itself is automated. The e-mail you will receive from me when you purchase the software is sent to you automatically and so instantly. If any questions arise during the order process then my agents answer your questions in the first instance. So for the order process you can expect replies very promptly.

However, as it is an automatic process, it doesn't mean that I am on-line at the time myself. If you send me an e-mail then I may not receive it immediately - it depends on whether I am on-line as I am sometimes off-line for some periods of the year.

Usually I can reply within a few days, and I will reply as soon as I can. For anything that requires a prompt reply, check first to see if I will be available before committing yourself to it.
