The keyboard and composition retuning tasks in Tune Smithy are of special interest to anyone who uses pitches outside the gamut of the twelve equally spaced notes of the modern "Western" music scale. It includes many features not included yet in Tune Smithy - you will particularly notice that with the Metronome and Polyrhythms task in Tune Smithy which is an older version of Bounce Metronome Pro. The next update of Tune Smithy should help with that, no release date yet but you can join the Tune Smithy updates notification list to be notified when it is ready. It's rather like test driving a car before you buy it. You can make sure that it is suitable for your purposes and compare it with other products, before you buy it. The details of how this is done varies from program to program. With Bounce Metronome Pro, the same download is used for purchase and for the test drive. Your test drive unlocks all the features for thirty days. During this period you can use the program in exactly the same way as someone who has purchased it. After the test drive is over, if you haven't bought it yet, then you may be able to continue to use a feature limited version of the program for free. In the case of Bounce Metronome Pro, then the feature limited version is intended only as a reminder of what the program can do. The animations pause every few seconds, and the sound times out after a few minutes. You need to buy the program to use it after the test drive is over. You automatically get a new test drive when the version number changes - this lets you evaluate new features if you haven't bought the program yet. You can request another test drive at any time if you need to evaluate a new feature or re-evaluate the program. How do I unlock the program?You will receive an unlock key code instantly when you complete the order. This is valid for all future releases of Bounce Metronome Pro. The unlock key will come with instructions on how to use it. Basically you enter it into the unlock window from Help | Unlock. If you have already downloaded the program, there is no need to download a new version. You just unlock the download to convert it into the fully featured program. Can I purchase using PayPal?Yes you can. Go to PayPal, Google Checkout or E-Junkie Is it available on E-bay?Yes, it is from time to time. I make a few copies available on e-bay UK and you can bid for it there, or buy it right away at it's "buy it now" price. Payment by mail, fax, wire, and PO.To use any of these methods, you need to use the RegNow order page, and after you choose "order now", choose how you wish to pay from the Payment Method drop list. You end up having two codes in the unlock window, and you may prefer to have a single unlock key. If so, you can contact me to convert them to a single code for the new ordering level. The copy is for your use only. None of my programs are hardware locked. This means that you can use your copy on any computer without needing to contact me first. You can also order just the CD on its own using PayPal. Note. This CD has exactly the same setup program you download from the download page. You only need to get it on CD if for some reason you can't download it to your computer. The CD also is sometimes a little out of date compared with the download page - I update it every so often after a number of minor updates and any version change, but sometimes don't update it after very small changes in the program. If you want to be sure you get the latest on CD then send me an e-mail and I'll update it specially if necessary. You will need an unlock key to unlock the program on the CD. Can I supply it on CD to others?Yes you can supply the evaluation version in this way. You can charge a reasonable fee for copying and CD making. If you are lucky and no-one else bids for it, you may pick up a bargain there. How I calculate your discount for countries with low average income compared with the USI divide your countries GDP per capita by the US figure, express the result as a percentage, round to the nearest 5%, and if the result is 50% or less, then you are eligible for the discount. If less than 10% round to nearest 1%. Example, if you live in India, then the GDP per capita is 2,780 (as I write this). The US GDP per capita is 47,440. So 2,780/47,440 as a % (i.e. multiply the result by 100) is 5.86%, round to the nearest 1%, and you are eligible for a 94% discount. The amount of this discount will vary if the GDP per capita for India and the US vary.
